Resolved Question: Best way to experience Disneyland? (Anaheim, CA)?

I'm 18, haven't been there in years, and I'm finally going with my mom and 7 year old brother. we want to experience it all, we wanted to go right after school ends but that's the busiest time... What are some of the best packages to get besides fast passes, because i already know those are great. How long should we stay??.. 3 days for Disneyland.. 2 for California Adventure??. Is it cheaper to get hopper passes, or wait and go different days? I want to get the trip mapped out before we go, so we can do EVERYTHING!!! but that's going to be some hard planning. I know the Rain-forest Cafe, fantasmic, fireworks, the bugs life 3D shows, are great. What are some other cant miss shows? And how early should we get there to get decent seats?
